Media
I am puzzled. Will someone please come to my rescue and enlighten me? Columists like Cal Thomas are constantly
accusing the media of liberal biased reporting. The same goes for radio pundits like Rush Limbough. Correct me if I'm wrong, but are'nt these stellar purveyers of right wing rehetoric part and parcel of the media genre themselves?
Are they saying that all newspaper, radio and television
renderings are in the diabolically controlled hands of the
dreadful liberals? Not incidentally, this includes our beloved Gwinnett Daily Post. (ARE YOU FELLOWS AWARE OF THIS?) Now I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer,
but I've had the lingering impression that the Post tended to lean rightward in its political philosphy.....however, since
it is a media organ and all media is left wing according to the likes of Cal Thomas.......well, you can see why I am so confused and at my age, 'confusion' can easily be interperted as a failure to assimilate and sort out fact from fiction. My point is, if the media is inundated and controlled by the liberal left, why am I having to write letters to the editor to counteract the conservative outpourings emanating from columnists and letter writers who seem to dominate this
non media publication? Having said that, I'll get back to reading the latest 'The O'Reilly Factor' non media column.
O'Reilly never fails to remind me why I lean to-ward the port side, politically speaking.
