What's good for the gander

This illegal immigrant issue has given rise to a lot of what-if speculation
and even a degree of fantasizing. What if, for example, all the native American tribes got to-gether in a big pow pow and concluded that it was time for all non-native Americans to leave? After all, who invited them here in the first place? Not only did the white man--and others--come unbidden into the country, but they have stolen the land from its rightful owners and proceeded to pollute the rivers and streams and reduce the forests and fields to parking lots and crowded expressways. The once mighty buffalo herds that provided most of the tribes necessessities have been reduced to a few pastures of black angus look-a-likes. The happy hunting grounds
are now a conglomerate of petting zoos and places for vice presidents to shoot quail, among other things. As for amnesty, forget it. There was no amnesty for the Cherokees, the Pawnee, the Apache or the Navajo. The non native American hordes just came and stole, looted and ravaged at will.

There is a bright spot in this scenario for we Georgians, however. As we all know, most or perhaps all Georgians have Cherokee blood lines in our genes, so we get to stay. All others can hit the road.
