The real deal

While the candidates of both parties are jockying on the national stage for the presidency of the United States and each one trying to present the most 'Christian' persona, there is among us two people who represent their faith in the best possible way. They never talk the talk, they just walk the walk and they do it every day in every way. Paul and Sally Brown of Auburn, Ga, are two of the most loving and out-giving people I have ever known. Paul is president of the Winder branch Of Habitat for Humanity International. He builds houses for the poor and tirelessly seeks out help from every source he can find. Sally works by his side in whatever time she has after taking care of their two boys and managing the household. She has recently won a place on the Auburn City Council and the wide margin of votes she received is a testimony to how much she is appreciated by the townspeople of Auburn for her hard work and dedication. I don't spend a lot of time handing out kudos to those who wear their religions on their sleeves and constantly spout biblical rhetoric. I can't honestly say that the Browns practice what they preach, because they don't preach, they just do. Some people think that life in a small town is boring.,,,,,but only if you don't have Paul and Sally Brown around to make it hum.
