Letter to the editor

Dear editor, with all due respect, I would like to express my concern about local politicians using this column as a free outlet in which to promote their political agenda? I say let them hire a hall and reserve the space for the people who have to listen to enough self serving hot air on their radios and television sets.You might want to start limiting the space allocated to these people, who currently hog most of what's available. Its been almost as bad as having "VOTE FOR" signs embedded in your newspaper. The ones on our streets and lawns are intrusive enough. MY letters, of course, should be exempt.
