education tax
As a citizen and voter of Barrow County I find myself preparing to vote yes to re-newing the Education Tax later this month. I feel I owe it to the kids to ensure them the needed additional school buses, new class rooms, more land for school facilities and other necessities such as aministrative technology. I'd hate to be the rare voter who openly hyped the approval of re-newing existing taxes, but there it is. I can go chintzy on other issues, such as funding for the rehabilitation of the Moravian fruit fly or providing
drinking facilities for Yellow Bellied Sap Suckers. but I will not fail the kids of this county by not going all out for them by voting yes to keepiing the Education tax fully enforced for another year. How about it, citizens?
